There is a bow I've been looking at, however the seller is unsure of the drawlength. I know the bow string is currently - 52.5
would this be a indication of what the draw length is currently set at ?
Absolutely not.

Have him measure it like this, a vertical line from deepest part of the grip transfered up to the arrow shelf measured to the nock groove at full draw, and then add 1.75". This is the AMO standard.
