Well Mr. IBO Shoot Director. I think the remedy to this situation is a no brainer for future tournaments.

Let the Pro's shoot with the pro's, and only with the pro's,all forty targets. They could take two weeks to shoot all forty targets if that is what they need. The only ones they would holding up is themselves. Then you could change their rules to a 20 minute time and not affect the mass, which you have done.

Thankfully this did not happen on myrange. I finished late Saturday afternoon. But if the weather was inclement and I needed to get 10 or 20 targets in on Sunday and had to go through what these poor fellow archers had to, it would be me raising the BIG FUSS.
