Try getting a replacement cover for the yellow jacket. They are about $15 but they really extend the life. You could even put a layer of card board between the new cover and the old target.
I have found that the rinehart 18:1 target is very good also. When it is warm from the sun the arrows, whether field tips or broadheads, come out easily. If you mostly shoot field tips the rinehart will last forever. It is holding up very well with the broadheads but, because of the nature of the broadhead, they will eventually eat it up but that should be 1000's of shots later.
