No I don't think that you are rude at all. Like I said it's just what I've gotten used to. I have my bow set for where I hunt which is fairly thick even with my shooting lanes cut. Where I have my most successful stand set there is a deer trail that cuts one lane at 25 yards and twolanes they cross at 30 yards. Like I said it's what I got used to and feel comfortable with. I'm sure we all have our oddities.
