Without a doubt it would be Iowa.

You are right in the Center of Whitetail Central. You can hunt Minn, Ill, Wis, Missouri, Neb, KS.

You are close enough to Colorado to hunt ELK if you want. I would beliving in Kansas today, but the wife said no[
