A lot has happened since I was on here last. Looks like some have modified their point of view while others have stood fast to thier initial position.
I like the phrase "situational ethics". It's a great concept right up until the emotional aspect comes crashing in. Ethical decision makingbased on strong emotional input is a recipe for disaster.
Is it actually possible that doing something "wrong" is the "right" thing to do? I believe that in some instances it is.
This has been a great thread with a lot of great input. I don't believe anyone has really been wrong. I think part of the problem is that it's not a "yes" or "no" question. I believe it is, and always will be, an "it depends" question.
