Default RE: Would you knowingly break the law?

ORIGINAL: GMMAT

Much as the the Hunter in your scenerio would be killed off..the Landowner would be in jail..thus orphaning his family..at least at the landowners going "away" party..they could say "he always liked screwing people".."we'll see how he likes it on therecieving end!"
True, GR8....but we're talking about what you as a HUNTER would do. It just seems that putting yourself into that POSSIBLE scenario wouldn't be the most responsible thing to do. I'm betting there ARE people who would shoot at someone they have pre-warned to stay off their property. I could be wrong.

Ain't this a good head-scratcher????
I dunno..it seems to be getting blown way outta porportion..Now we have meth labs and all these other scenerios being introduced.. From the original thread I thought we were talking about a known hunting area where a well hit deer travels beyond the allowable land onto a neighboring property.. In this situation, I said I try and gain permission but if I cannot I go and retrieve the deer Period. I'm not talking about some wild tracking adventure. I'm not talking about land that is soforeign to me that I stumble onto meth labs and 100 acre pot fields with gun toting crazies shooting at me from every window in the trailer.
