I am a land owner in addition to my primary dwelling and land. I have a hunting camp along with some land in a rural part of the state. I do believe in property rights and would never personally trespass on posted land without permission. My landfor the record is not posted and I welcome hunters orhikers on my property.This is an open hunting state and we have the rights to hunt on private land that is not posted. The issue of a mortally wounded deer crossing on a neighbors property isn't really an issue here since almost all property owners will allow access to remove the animal. The areas I like to hunt are for the most part not posted. In the event that someone does not give permission (an anti )a call to a local Game Warden will allow access with him present.
