I had permission to hunt a little over 600 acres a few years ago. TheOne familythat bordered this property had about 25 or 30 acres and hated the land owner. Basically these people didn't like us hunting any where near their proplerty lineeven thoughwe kept completely on our side of the line.

Another person that was hunting this land shot a deer and it ran over the property line on to their land. It was right before dark and we went and asked for permission to look for the deer and they told us they would look for it and call us. Well they looked for it alright.... they got on their ATV's, found the deer and kept the deer too. We went back to the spot where it crossed the line to listen and watch and heard them when they found the deer. We asked them about it and they claimed they never found the dead deer.
