Part of why I was slow to take up bowhunting in years past was where I hunt it is teaming with mosquitoes and gnats in the early bow season. I thought dousing myself with mosquito dope was dumb for trying to get deer close and the constant buzzing in my ears was driving me insane and made me move too much. I know there are bug suits, but you just can't beat the thermacell. Fire it up and focus on hunting.

For those that don't know, Thermacell is really only good for stand or blind hunting, as it takes a few minutes to ward them off. It is also good for camping or other outdoor stuff where you might stay in one spot for a while.
