My thought was that with better string you get more FPS which would mean a weaker spine with the same arrow. That is probaly not the case but that was why I said arrows. If you get 10 more FPS and the arrows are OK but close to weak the extra FPS may make a difference. Although with my limited knowledge I would not think it would make them go all over the place, just make them a little bit off.
