Default RE: feeder attractant

I use couple bags of apples.Macintosh(sp) has always worked the best for me.Thin skin and lots of scent.Once they find them they WILL devour them in a night or two.Spread them out, smash them on ground, cut in 1/2,spike on tree branches.

As mentioned in previous thread I've had luck hanging scent bottles full of Vanilla.I've watched deer from stands and have pics of deer coming in winding Vanilla and walking directly to tree where its hung.Biggest thing is keep your scent down. All the scents, food or otherwise go for naught if you and/or your boots stink!

I've had great luck with both these methods when trying to get deer to a camera, feeder or a funnel that leads to stand.
