Default first 3d shoot experience

This was my first shoot at our local archery club. me and my buddy went early to sight in his new guardian. he just got it on Friday and the shoot was on Sunday. we got there and found his sight was broken, so we had to go back to my house to fix that, we get that fixed and get his bow sighted in. we go and pay to shoot and get stuck behind a group of 7 people, with some of them shooting 2 shots and saying that's a 12 after there second shot, and this is all in the hunter class. there also was 2 shooters behind us that were shooting 2 shots and doing the same thing with the that's a 12 . I really didn't think much of there 2 shots until later when the scores were turned in. my buddy shot an honest 255 and I shot honest 279 until I saw were X's were 10. so I went and got my card and changed my score to a 271 where I was in second place, out of 50 or so shooters in the hunting class. then the other two groups that were shooting 2 arrows turned in there cards and put me in fourth place and out of the money. I didn't say anything I didn't want to cause a problem, but that just rubbed me the wrong way. and to top it all off there was a guy on the porch bashing PSE and Browning bows say how they were junk and didn't shoot well . I shoot a browning illusion and this guy was shooting a Mathews. so I asked him his score and he told me a 180. so I had a chuckle and told him. me and my browning shot a 140 on the first 15 targets and said I guess it's not the bow smiled and walked away. thanks for letting me vent. if this happens again should I say something? or just bit my lip.

thanks[/align]
