I just bought some new Warne QD bases and rings for my new Savage 10 ML and I was wondering if you guys use any cement to hold the screws in the bases? What do folks use? Chap Gleason
I bought some LocTite 222MS "Low Strength", it is however in a red bottle. Is "low strength" the same as what you guys called "blue"?
When I talked to the Brownell's guy he read the descriptions and I believe I chose "low strength" but I know you guys talked aobut blue, red and yellow and I am not sure of the strength of what I have. The bottle doen't say either. Anyone know about LocTite 222MS Low Strength being acceptable for scope screws on a ML?
