My buddy built a ladder stand this year out of conduit. He didn't have any plans he just modeled it after ladder stands in a catalog. It turned out really well, I hunted out of it myself a couple of times. If you have access to a welder and a conduit bender it is pretty easy to build your own stands out of conduit. I wish I had a picture, I would send it to you. We plan on building a few more stands this summer, I'll have to post some pictures then.
