The best gun for any game is the one you shoot the best. This may sound sarchastic, but when you get down to the nitty gritty, a clean shot is what we all want and strive for. Woodies are pretty challenging in my opinion. I recommend lots of practice. A sporting clays club may be able to help you by simulating actual in the field type shot practice. Good luck.
