Having a Masters, Ph.D or in my area of work a PE means squat when it comes toreal world useof a subject. It's being able to apply that knowledge that means something.

I work with people with all of the above and they seems to have less practical real world abilities than I doin my line of work. It's a piece of paper that allows someone to make more money, period.
