Thanks for the reply.I certainly will be tieing the Palamar knot..It's hard breaking old habits...I 've been tieing the improved clinch for years...yeah..by the looks at the string it looks like a knot slipped.Some of those were decent fish Matt hooked on too.

I'll try the Palamar and loosen up a little on the drags..just a little,
