I would perfer a larger cutting diameter in a mechanical. These almost seem like they might be too mechanical for me.

My thoughts exactly, the reason I use a mechanical is to get a 2" dia cut. I am sticking with my Hammerheads. They haven't let me down yet and the blood trails are short and wide.
