I for one think this type of killing hurts us to the Nth degree. What does that kind of BS say to PETA. Oh, I hunt fair chase, but I don't mind JoeBlow down the road operating his "SLAUGHTER FIELD-FOR-FUN". That says a lot to the public, PETA, and our families
PETA will be no more against this type of operation than they are cattle ranchers! They are against any body that pins any animal with plans of using the animal for consumption, fur, leather, etc. This slaughter operation is no different than a cattle operation and I think most people can see that and would not equate it to "hunting" as much as you beleive that they would!
