Here's one of my son seating bullets for me when he was 3. He doesn't shoot yet as he doesn't have the attention span for it. I've worked with kids at pellet gun shoots at my club and find that the typical 5 year old girls usually shoots better than boys twice their age, and sometimes that doesn't change during their entire lifespan.
