Well, this is an interesting topic. I'm off to work so I don't have much time. I work at a correctional facility. While it's legal for the inmates to curse me most of the day and most of them think it's ok and were raised that way, I have a hard time thinking it's ethical, but who knows, I'm probably thinking of it wrong. I agree with you. IMO, respect is an important tenent of character and of ethical behavior. Cursing you is clearly disrespectfullso therefore unethical.
