Most Hoyts I am familiar with have vertical string tracking.Alot of 1 cams will run at an angle and i am not sure about the trykon but I believe it should be vertical as well.
It sounds to me like you are describing cam lean and the top cam can be adjusted.With the Hoyts,you will need to have the yoke served so it will not float anymore and then twist the side that has the lean to adjust it stright.
You have aftermarket strings so you probably don't have a floating yoke anymore so it should be even easier to adjust.Take it to a proshop and have them check for cam lean.
