Same with me....I could care less if someone wanted a deer I had killed....hell, they must need it more that me anyways. I carry for the same reason Sagittarius stated.......Not too worried about things while I'm in the woods, but rather while unloading and loading up my gear at my vehicle. Call me paranoid if you will, but the world has changed too much to be sorry later instead of safe now.
