Default Railroad/Train affect on Deer in the area?

Question for you all. I have permission to hunt land and have scouted it very well. About 100 acres (big for the area in which I hunt). During the summer, I had evenings in which I filmed 10 mature bucks at a time. The catcher is,a railroad track runs directly through the middle of the property. The train will run, but doesn't have a particular schedule. The deer deal with it everytime it comes through. Truthfully, I don't care how many times I heard it, I would be affraid.

How does this affect the deer and their travel patterns?

Note: I hunted this property that fall, and never seen a deer during legal light except for one day.
