I resemble that remark. LOL
Years ago my wife bought me a hunting knife at a cookware party. It hasprobably a six inch blade and looks like something you'd find on the kitchen counter rather than a hunting knife. But man that thing is great. Holds a great edge and I don't know how many times I've split a pelvis with it.
It has the Chefco brand name, but I can't find a website to see what else they may carry.
