I read about it last year, and they claimed to have the benefits of small vanes(light weight, less drag) but with them staggered around the shaft it performed like longer vanes, they claimed to have the speed and wind resistance of the two inch vanes, but the stability of four inch vanes. I havent tried it yet, and am still apprehensive about it, but would like to know more about if it works.
