Here is a Grey that I shot from about 10 feet away. I was in a tree stand and it circled me and barked at me for a good five minutes before I had a chance to shoot.
Shot it with a .17 HMR 20 grain hollow point. The bullett double lunged it and pass straight through. Very small entry and exit holes and the Fox was knocked off its feet and ran less than 10 yards.
I had to shoot it opposite handed and while it was behind me.
