All that I can tell you is that my brother has e-mailed them 3 times about the bow and has yet to get any response. So be careful they are infamous for bad customer service.
WHAT?!?!? I have heard the complete opposite. They are known for fantastic customer service. You might be thinking of Elite. They have a pretty bad rep. But they are really the only company I know of that has a bad rep for service on bows. Mathews, Hoyt, BT, PSE, HCA, Parkerand their affiliates all have great reputations.
HCA might of had a bad rep before they came under new management/ownership. But I have talked with them a couple of times and had no issues whatsoever.
What happened on your brothers bow? Its pretty tough to break one of these things, they are dang near indestructable by bow standards.
