You are going to have trouble with that. The 2000 model Havoc did not have the quiver mounting holes for a two piece quiver drilled into the riser. The 2001 model did. Your best bet is to look around and find a two piece quiver from that model year....either on Ebay...or at one of your local dealers. The folks at Hoyt may also be able to help you in this regard.
