Sheesh. Prime hunting land down here (Southern AL) is $2000-$3000 an acre. Lucikly, I have lifetime access to a 517 Acre farm that produces big deer like you wouldn't believe, and yet a little 10 acre tract I hunt 15 miles north of the farm has a higher deer population it seems. Me and two other guys have been scheming how to buy the farm, but when your looking at a minimum of $1,034,000, we will just stick with letting them actually live on it lol.
