I've lived in a frat house full of drunk kids, and while I wasn't allowed to have guns in mine because it was college owned housing, I don't see why somebody can't have a gun in a fraternity if it's off campus. I know a friend from high school who had his in his fraternity house (off campus). The point of the matter is, if someone has their CCW permit, then they'll be allowed to carry it to house parties, bars (in some states, although not the smartest thing to do), etc....however they're not allowed to carry them on campus, the place they are most likely to be sober and responsible.
