Here is a ? If you range a deer that is 43 yds out. Then youshoot the buck. Is it P & Y legal?

I wouldn't,
Correction: I was thinking with my gun and not my bow. I would not take a 43 yd shot. But, I would need a rangefinder to tell me it was 43 yds .
