Strange Turkey Hunt
coming in the am. As some of you may know, I'm not a big turkey hunter, slopped a small one last year while deer hunting, by the time I got out of the house w/ camera and a beer, my partner had it sliced and diced, lol. Am going in the am for what they call here "field" turkeys as opposed to "timber" turkeys, a concept I'm totally unfamiliar w/. What makes it a hoot is this field and turkeys are in Oklahoma, [no xbow there] but our blind and decoys will be in Arkansas, so I might just get to gig an Ok turkey tresspassing, legally, lol. Have ya'll ever heard of them being either flat lander field birds or hill climbing timber dwellers??
