went to the lake missed a buch of fish due to short strikes and had a shiner out that never got touched then i put out a secret lure and caught one and missed a monster in half the time (keep in mind i am fishing another rod) and quite frankly have outfished live bait every time with artificial but do what works but the main reason i never fished it n the past was what josh said
