RE: Pan-hunting TV HACK!
Well, was that fluff? Or, was he serious? I hope he understands how we as responsible hunters feel about seeing such shows.
Just a few months ago I read about one of our members tried to thread an arrow through a bush, hit the deer but couldn't find it 'till a day or two later half eaten. Unfortunately I was the only one who responded that it was a poor shot selection. The other 20 replies were Ah, gee his name goes hereI hope you find you deer! That was a big rack!
Where were ya'll then? I didn't here anyone else say anything about it being a bad shot. Sure seems funny that when someone you know takes a bad shot your afraid to say anything, but when you hear about somone else doing it, you jump on the bandwagon.
I'm not pointing fingers at anyone here, just generalizing. It seems like when we have as many people as we have at this BBS More people will speak up when they read about one of our own making a bad shot.
Why would one of our own shoot through a bush? I don't know maybe they saw it on a video and decided they'd try it.
YES, I do agree that all videos should show more ethical hunting, especially with all the anti-hunting groups out there that wish to stop hunters!
FOOLPROOF?
Never underestimate the power of a fool!
What if the "Hokey Pokey" really is what it's all about?
