this is how i do my beards/spurs. that cord is actually just duck decoy line, lol. i punch out the primer with a nail cut away the plastic, make a loop with the sstring, string on the spurs, hot glue the ends of the loop into the brass, and then hot glue the beard in the other end of the brass. total time of 5 minutes, and they look really sweet when you have a bunch of them hanging next to each other. since i dont have a bunch yet, lol, i just hang em from my deers rack. but i am going to get a display board with like 10 or 12 cup hooks on the bottom to hang em from.
