I'd choose the Browning over the Remington. Brownings are already glass bedded an free floated from the factory, and have an adjustable trigger. Not much more to customize about them

I currently have one Bronwing A-Bolt and 2 Remington 700s, and my A-bolt in 7mm Rem mag outshoots both my Remingtons.

I'd go for the 7mm Rem Mag, just cause I like it
