RE: NORTHERN MISSOURI OUTFITTERS ? ANYONE?
My parents are from North Missouri. I have hunted there all my life twice a year. It is a hunter's paradise but I have never had to use an outfitter. I hunt on family ground. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
