Total arrow weight is just that.....You must include the insert, nock, nock adaptor (if applicable) uni bushing (if applicable) vanes, wraps, point, anything and everything included on your arrow.

Take your GPI, multiply by the length of the shaft and add up everything else......You'll bet pretty close. Nocks, inserts and vanes all vary in weight by quite a bit.......But if you know how much they weigh, it's just simple math after that.
