I dropped almost 40 lbs in 2005. I can't imagine carrying that weight, again. I'm a treadmill guy.....and my magic number is 200lbs. I need to stay unde that to feel good. At 42.....it gets tougher and tougher.
I warm up on the treadmill with a 5 min. walk.....and during this time I have 2.5 lb weights in my hands. Having had shoulder surgery.....I KNOW this helps strengthen my upper shoulder muscles and "I" think this helps me to hold steady while at full draw.
