I finnaly started getting back in shape about four months ago after a long absence from it. Im lifting 4 days a week, eating healthier, drinking a ton of water and no more soda. At work im walking stairs from 1st floor to the 12th floor (killer) or walking long steep grade inclines, coal belt walk ways (also killer) or jogging at home. I have lost 23 lbs since i started again and feel better than i have in years. most certainly gonna help in hunting season.
