I then pulled the arrow out(I know a mistake)...blood then was everywhere.
Would it be ethical or proper to ask how was the blood trail?[8D]

Just Kidding, being serious Ipray you have a quick recovery and I hopeyou'll be back in the saddle again soon.I bet you'll be a bitscared about shooting a bow again. I know I would if I were you, but the best thing would be to shoot as soon as possiable after healing. This is a good reminder to each and every archer to always check/flex arrows before and after each shooting session for damage. I know I don't check mine very often, not a good habit to be in. With the number of archers in theworld its a mircale that this doesn't happen more often. Sorry for your bad luck and I do pray you get better soon. Jason.
