I would probably only use it for a locator call. A lot of times a gobble will cause another Tom to gobble. The only other time I would use it is if a Tom is hung up and just won't come in any further and your using a jake/Tom decoy and the Tom. Then maybe try it out of desperation...might make the Tom want to come in.
