Most single cams like a nockset somewhere around 1/8" high... We've found Bowtechs with their binary cams like to be 100% level as a great starting point.

Also... most manufacturers recommend the arrow shaft resting at the same height as the rest holes, sometimes referred to as the burger button... Ensuring your shaft is even with that will tell you if you need to move your nocking point or adjust your rest to begin with. Ultimately, you'll probably fine-tune with your rest anyway.
