1. For now should i let him bark and then try to quiet him down later?

I own a barker but personally, I wouldn't do anything at this stage. A pup at this age can do no wrong. Praise what he does right. Barking can be corrected by a bark collar or other methods later.

2. He is in the biting stage right now and when he bites me i curl his upper lip on his canine. Is this right?

He's just a puppy and playing like a puppy. I'd say let him. I seen dogs that were raised by people who won't play with puppies. Many just don't know how to interact/play with other dogs because they've never learned or been taught.

3. He will be 6 weeks on friday.... anything else i should know at this age?

Lots.Get a good puppy book. Get him used to routines now. Socialized him.
