Default What gives with the new bows???

It seems to me that this year, draw cycles for flagship bows from Mathews and BowTech leave alot to be desired. I will probablly be torn apart for this post but I don't care. I keep hearing alot of buzz about the Drenalin and the Guardian, but after finally shooting both of these bows, I think they both are lacking alot as far as drawing the bow back goes. Yes, they are both exceptionally well made, they both exhibit little to no noise and shock, but I just can't get over the draw cycle. Both of these bows seem to be VERY heavy. The Guardian has a very smooth draw force curve but the 60# model I shot felt more like drawing my 70# Old Glory with speed mods. The Drenalin was a 70# model and I could barely get this thing back, it felt like it was set around 85#, its draw force curve was very good as well, but it did seem to have a bigger fall off than the Guardian.

My question is why is this happening? I know that these companies are trying to push out more speed, but it has been shown that this can still happen while having a good drawing bow. My Liberty was nowhere near a "screamer" of a bow, but it was still plenty of fast and I watched a few girls pull it back while set at 70#. Heck, my Allegiance was a screamer and it had a better feel while drawing than both the Drenalin and Guardian. Yeah, these bows are getting faster, but that doesn't mean a thing if you have to lower your draw weight just to get them to feel comfortable while drawing. I'd be willing to bet that I could have comfortably shot my Liberty at 80 pounds, and to get that same feeling draw cycle from the Guardian or Drenalin, they would have to be set at 60-65 pounds.... at that point, the speed differance would be negated.
