Default Taking kids out hunting

Howdy! I was just wondering how many of you have taken a kid out hunting. It is one of the most satisfiying rewarding hunts you will ever be on, especially if it's successful. Im 20 years old and will be taking a kid out for the youth season this year. I took him and his dad out last year and called in a great gobbler for them. It came in strutting and everything. But he shot over it and then in the legs as it went over the crest of the hill. When his dad went over the hill it was just sitting there so he yelled at Nick to get his gun and after 3 missed shots it flew in a big loop and landed about 3 feet from the blind. This allowed Nick to sneak up and shoot it in the head with his LAST shell. It was one of the craziest memorable hunts I have ever participated in. If you havent taking a kid out hunting you should seriously consider it.
