There is NO PERFECT QUIVER! I have a German Ridge bow quiver that works well for some situations. It is like the old spring type Bear archery quivers. Very easy on and off. I use it for treestand hunting and remove it while on stand. It doesn't have enough foam in the hood to hold the arrows well. I also have a side quiver(Side Stalker style.) It is easy to remove, work great for ground hunting and stalking. Very hard to reload! The arrows are exposed to rain and snow build up. The fletching cover snags on every bush you pass.
These are the best I've found. Neither is perfect.
On safari, hunters use a gun bearer.
