I'd say the WB was not adjusted right. The cock fletch needs to be up so that the bottom ones straddle the dark colored bristles. I have put thousands of shots through mine - using Blazer 2" - can't see any damage on them. There are different size holes in the WB - you want one slightly bigger than your arrow shafts. Sure your Blazers aren't hitting anything on the bow?
And there is a windage adjustment. It's not a micrometer adjustment, but you loosen the set screw and move it left/right as well as adjusting the angle. I like to mount the cross bar with contact against the bottom back of the arrow shelf.
Cock feather was up, WB hole was larger than my arrow, Blazers were not hitting anything on the bow, it was center shot. I can't explain it either.
